Our Story

Rooted in Davis,
built for community

The Yellow House started with a simple belief: a great café and bar shouldn't require two separate trips. We opened our doors on Untersee Court to give Davis a place that feels equally right at 8 a.m. over espresso and at 8 p.m. over a carefully shaken Old Fashioned.

Every drink on our menu is made in-house. Every plate is designed to pair as well with coffee as it does with wine. It's a space that changes with the light — and we think you'll notice the difference.
